It is such a profound joy to be out in the field, meeting witnesses one-on-one. I feel so honored to have the chance of getting to know them. There is so much power in working with them as they relive the experience. It is borderline shocking the details they remember when I start asking them questions, and begin building their sketch. They shake, they get tears in their eyes, the hair on their arms stand up...and it it all happening while they are sitting right next to me, watching their Sasquatch come to life.
This witness resides in western Oklahoma, and has had multiple experiences there, along with this sighting you'll be reading about from northwest Texas. He is also having unusual activity around his home. (I'll be documenting that in another blog post.) While there, I met a neighbor that had a recent sighting while he was deer hunting. He showed us a photograph he took from his deer stand. It only showed a hairy body from the thighs down. But it was impressive.
Western Oklahoma did not disappoint. In fact, I'm making plans to go back when the weather warms up so that I can actively record audio, and thermal videos, as I have permission to set up at multiple locations. Whoo Hoo!
